Conduct Design Exploration and Render Output for Smart Home, Appliance, and Health Products
2. Advance sketch, 3D modeling, CMF scheme and prototype appearance confirmation according to project stages;
3. Work with structural and electronic colleagues to review plans, ensuring the appearance is feasible for mold opening and mass production;
4. Participate in client proposal meetings, assist in organizing design descriptions and case materials.
1. Industrial Design, Product Design, or Related Background, With Complete Product Implementation Cases Being a Plus
2. Proficient in using Rhino, KeyShot and other 3D and rendering tools, with clear hand-drawn expression;
Basic judgment on materials and surface treatment, stable aesthetics, and smooth communication;
Able to Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Willing to Collaborate with Cross-Disciplinary Colleagues to Bring Products to Life.
1. Complete the disassembly of the overall structure, part design, and assembly relationship planning based on the appearance scheme;
2. Output mold drawings and assembly instructions, follow up on prototypes, mold trials, mold modifications and small batch verification;
Evaluate strength, tolerance, assembly, and process risks to proactively avoid mass production issues;
4. Coordinate with mold factories and suppliers, assist in resolving structural abnormalities during prototyping and trial production.
Mechanical Design, Mold Design, Or Related Majors, Experience In Consumer Electronics Or Home Appliances Projects Preferred
2. Proficient in SolidWorks or Creo, able to independently complete medium-complexity overall machine structures;
Familiar with common plastic and metal processes and basic mold logic;
4. Meticulous and thorough in execution, able to close key milestones in fast-paced projects.
1. Participate in the selection and development of smart product control boards, sensors, and driver components.
2. Complete embedded software or schematic/PCB related work, support overall system debugging;
Cooperate with functional testing, reliability verification, and pre-mass production issue troubleshooting;
4. Organize development records and interface descriptions for easy maintenance and version iteration.
Electronics, Automation, Computer Science or Related Majors with Practical Product Development Experience
2. Familiar with MCU/embedded development, or have a foundation in analog/digital circuit design;
Ability to independently locate software and hardware integration issues, experience with mass production projects is preferred;
4. Good documentation awareness, able to collaborate smoothly with design, structure, and project colleagues.
1. Receive Client Requirements, Break Down Project Goals, Coordinate Design, Structural, Electronic And Other Resources Scheduling
2. Control the progress and risks from proposal, design, prototyping to trial production, and synchronize with all parties in a timely manner;
Organize internal and external reviews, drive problem closure, and ensure delivery quality at milestones;
Maintain Customer Communication Rhythm, Accumulate Project Experience, Support Continuous Cooperation.
1. Experience with hardware products, industrial design, or related delivery management, familiar with the main development process;
2. Clear communication, good organization, able to follow multiple project milestones simultaneously;
3. Have a certain level of stress resistance, able to quickly coordinate resources when changes occur;
4. Experience in home appliances, smart hardware, medical health, and other industries is preferred.
